Getting there from the cruise port
Ships dock at La Spezia cruise terminal, a short walk from La Spezia Centrale train station. Coaches meet passengers at the terminal exit. For Cinque Terre, regional trains depart from the station — allow 10–15 minutes walk from gangway. For Florence and Pisa, coach transfers use the A12 and A11 motorways. Confirm all-aboard and keep a 60–90 minute buffer — summer motorway traffic returning from Florence can delay returns by 20–30 minutes.
